Documents to be submitted for release of Bills of Lading

• Draft B/L as per format prescribed.
• Copy of customs out-of-charged Shipping Bill.
• Invoice & Packing list in case of African In-land destinations.
• Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) for shipments to Canada, Mexico, USA, South America and China.
• Measurement Certificate in case CBM to be mentioned on the B/L.
• Copy of Haz Declaration Form in "K"Line format (to be collected at time of booking) duly filled for hazardous cargo.

• Non-Haz Declaration from Shipper for non-hazardous chemicals.
• Customs Approved Certificate for Short-Shipment of packages.

Telex Release / OBL Surrender

• Duly endorsed full set of original bills of lading and Request Letter to be surrendered. Later you may refer our website www.kline.com.hk for OBL surrender status.
• Telex release/ OBL Surrender Not Permitted for Argentina, Brazil & Colombian ports.
